THERE IS A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY, ANY CANCELLATIONS UNDER 24 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED 25% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED

IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT WE MAY ASK YOU TO PAY FOR TIME WASTED

CUT LOOSE ARE HAPPY TO CORRECT ANY UNSUITABLE WORK PROVIDED THE COMPLAINT IS PRESENTED TO US WITHIN THREE DAYS OF THE APPOINTMENT
